Incredibly vague and unstructured, few questions of import, little knowledge of the position. During our second discussion, I told her I was not interested and she began asking me the same dull questions about my experience that she asked the first time. Laughable.

Side note: the interviewer started out the interview by telling me that this may not be the right fit for the role saying "we are not a pretentious company, we're very casual". Felt as if I was getting punished for dressing the occasion in a standard blazer and black blouse.
