Why was I leaving my previous employer and taking a pay cut to come to Geico. I explained my reasons she kept advising was I aware of the amount the position paid which was lower than what I made. I told her the salary amount shows when you apply so nothing is hidden.

No out-of-the-blue surprising questions, but the interviewer was difficult to understand at times (due to an accent).
