Tell me about a big setback in your life & how you responded and overcame the situation.
Initial interview consisted of questions such as: describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult client/customer. Describe your organizational skills/methods. ect....
The most difficult part question so far for me is: "Give an example of one of your weakness?"
What a free your salary expectations? Why do you want to leave your current position?
Especially HR, they will ask you about their published company details. They just want to hear what is published by the company told back to them. Make sure you recite their published benefits of working there as this is the only thing certain interviewing managers consider acceptable. They are not looking for creativity, thought, or innovation in this interview and any such deviations will hurt you rather than help you for this job. Spell out to them in an appeasing and politically correct way that you are a drone and thrive under micro management as this is what is to be expected in the work environment. This is not a two way interview, this is a one way interview. If you want this job, this is what you will need to expect and portray.
Name a time you had to deal with a difficult customer? Why do you want to work for travelers insurance? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What's the most important decision you had to take in the past 2 years?
Have you applied anywhere else and are you expecting any other offers?
How do you prioritise your tasks?
Please explain a time where you had to deliver bad news to a client.
