Phone interview, they are looking for detailed examples of the scenario questions they ask. Like tell me about a time you had to take leadership over a situation.
Have you ever seen anyone do anyting unethical at work, and what did you do?
Just use the STAR format! Mainly typical "Name a time..." questions. The phone screening took about 20 mins which was great! The interview with the hiring manager was more relaxed.
None of the questions were particularly hard, but the only one I can really remember is how do you set up your day for success?
One thing that impressed me, was how they asked me what I was looking for as a job-seeking employee. This let me know that they care about the employees needs.
