Why are you thinking of leaving your current employer?
Detailed behavior questions more interested in past behavior, not what you would do now. Interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. If an answer needed more detail they asked specific questions about it.
The interviews had very standard questions: 'Explain a situation when you had a difficult customer. How did you handle it, etc?'
Quite early in the interview, was asked about current salary.
Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decision with little information.
Tell me about a time you faced a difficult challenge and had to use a creative solution to resolve the situation.
-Tell me about a time when you had several tasks, and a major event happened which required you to adapt to the situation. -Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry or unruly customer, and how did you resolve the situation. -A bunch of other questions like the above two, but I cant remember them at the moment.
