it was very informal so even if it's your first interview you can pretty much wing it. basic questions such as why do you want to work for bartell's. because my retail background mostly consists of department stores and working with clothes he asked me why i wanted to switch over, and what goals i had for myself in the future. he talked to me about the position and how i can move up and take pharmacy training and he seemed really into me. he told me he still had other candidates to interview but he would be in touch with me. before i left i saw him tape my resume to the wall. we also discussed appearances. my hair is deep wine red, and they're very strict with aesthetic. you can't have wild colors, no piercings, no tattoos. very cookie cutter. also a uniform is in place. that was fine for me, but it was definitely brought up.
