Most questions were pretty standard and all related to the job I applied for. They are very thorough so bring your A-game. This is a large company. There is a lot to learn. Do you homework before you go in. It really helps out.

"Why Schwab?" "How do you manage your time?" "What do you do to prioritize your tasks?" "Tell me about a time when you dealt with an upset client." "What is your service model?"- (What kind of question is this?) I asked the interviewer if he could please clarify what he meant, to which he responded by repeating it verbatim, but more slowly...I eventually answered by explaining what I consider to be the standard process of taking care of wealth management clients: prompt responses to concerns/service requests, annual reviews, proactive outreach especially during times of market volatility, etc. I don't think this is what they were looking for, but perhaps you can come up with a better answer than I could if you get this one.

Pretty standard. Talk about yourself and your experience and what is appealing about the position you're applying for. Also the idea of "one bank" and working collaboratively across different lines of business is a good topic to bring up, if not brought up by the recruiter. PNC is a traditional bank but semi-forward thinking with regard to hiring talent based not only on credentials but on relationship skills and connectional IQ. Some topics to ask about: "One Bank" "simple, perfect, fast" with regard to client experience
