The script interview was acting out speaking to a client for the first time, make sure you demonstrate warmth at the start of the call and develop a rapport. You can follow the script they give you, think about good questions to ask. They cut me off only a few minutes in to the role play and said that the other candidate scored higher in the role play - which I found to be a little frustrating as I didn't feel I got enough time to demonstrate my ability on the call. Both interviewers we're very friendly, made you feel at ease.
