The surprise timed test during the initial face to face interview. I was not expecting that and I do not do well on timed tests.
What do you think is critical to be in ITIL based industry?
It wasn't a question that was difficult. I had to create a presentation to present to the manager and director during our in person interview. The product was up to me.
How do you negotiate in front of a tough client?
Not sure it makes sense to go into detail here, because the field-based managers ask whatever they want -- they don't receive very much direction, so there is no standard set of questions. Maybe there is at HQ, but not in the field.
