A lot of situational and behavioural questions for the position I applied. Some historical and background question as well as I think ATB really want to know who you are as a person instead of just another candidate. The one question that stuck with me was "how do you define a great leader?". Definitely something that I never encountered before, so that was a good experience. No out of the ordinary questions.
They ask a lot of behavioral questions such as describe an incident when you made a mistake and how did you tackle it?

Why should we hire you?
Tell me what you know about the company.
What is your attention to detail, including a detail oriented test/quiz.
Can you give us an example of when you simplified an explanation of a complicated product.
How do you handle this situation
Do you want move up in the company in two years? We want someone that is focused on staying in this group.
The video questions began with the general "tell me about yourself" and ended with somewhat of a surprise question that I really don't want to share because I think the impact of it is in the "Did he really just ask that?" Not at all IT related, but clearly a "Where are you?" kind of question.
