I don't remember the exact questions asked but during the final round they ask questions based on the companies values. Examples: adaptability, teamwork, initiative. They want you to give examples of times you have exhibited those values in the past.

The most awkward question was what three things would you do in the first 60 days, when my potential peers were in the room. They were not currently doing my suggested activities, which made them look a bit bad and created an awkward moment.

I don’t remember the exact wording of her questions, but there was one that had to do with my most memorable and impactful experiences with previous clients. Something like, "Can you tell me about an experience when a client had an impact on you?"
