They asked me questions regarding how I would handle a difficult patient, if I had experience working in any form of clinical trials, if I had ever worked remote, and why I was interested in Curebase, amongst other great questions.
The questions were centered around my experiences and how it is a good fit for the job. I was also asked some situational questions and how I handled certain scenarios. In additional, I was asked about my management style and other questions to determine whether I am a good culture fit

Given a scenario, prioritize tasks and delegation
Management during the interview process was polite and well coordinated. Staff were somewhat rude and wanted to know what I was going o do for them if I got the job. It was as if they were more interested in themselves rather than hiring a good candidate.
