One of the members of this team is the clinical research associate. When interviewing for this position, employers want to know if you are organized, motivated, a team player, and capable of solving problems.
A range of different questions from situational to technical. If you mention being bilingual, they will test the competency of your second language. Ask for how your past work experience was related with performing clinical trials and ask what would you do in the event that you and a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator don’t agree to a certain informed consent process.
