Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) spend the majority of their days interacting with patients, and therefore employers focus CNA interviews predominantly on interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. Expect to answer a fair amount of situational questions, such as how you would handle agitated patients or potential issues with coworkers. CNA candidates are also be expected to have completed some kind of postsecondary nursing instruction, so make sure to brush up on basic healthcare knowledge and common nursing practices.
1)Tell me about a time that you made a mistake and what you did to fix it. 2)Tell me about a time when you saw that a process could be improved and the steps you took to improve the process. 3)Tell me about a time when you had to stand up for what you thought was right.
There really weren't any as I was not in for an official interview. He did ask why I decided to be a CNA and about my future goals. And my schedule. They do a 4 on 2 off rotating schedule by the way.
