I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at commit (Tbilisi) in Sep 2023
Interview
The technical interview was okay and I got positive feedback after it, but the next stage - the call with the CEO of their recruiters sub-company wasn't. At first, he blamed me that I'm trying to get better conditions by communicating with 2 different recruiters for 1 vacancy, but I didn't know that it was the one vacancy as the company name was hidden the and description differed. When I realized it I apologized and left the recruiter who was the first. CEO did not believe me anyway. I never heard about this company until recruiters contacted me, but decided to invent complicated dirty schemes to get better conditions. Ok lol 😆. Then CEO started to blame me that I refused to do their home task, which they told me about only during the tech interview and I wouldn't apply if the recruiter told me that in the initial state. The CEO's tone in general was humiliating, which is insane and I never saw it during employment in my whole 15-year career. The recruiter by the way started ignoring me so I had to find contacts and write an email to figure out their decision. Hopefully, they choose another candidate as I only can imagine a toxic hell atmosphere in a company with such a poor employment process. Do not recommend applying to Commit as they disrespect people right from the employment phase.
