I found all the interviews to be very conversational. No behavioral based interviewing techniques used which surprised me.
The most difficult question was "what do you envision yourself doing in a paralegal job", because that was the opening question. They had not told me anything about the position they were considering me for, and were not upfront when I asked what the position entailed. So I told them what I envisioned, and my interviewer told me that nothing I had listed was going to be in my position. So I then had to rearrange everything I said to go along with what they wanted.
