It was very informal and I was asked questions regarding how my skills and experience would apply to the position
They asked fair questions. They use the STAR method so come prepared with very concrete examples of how you've executed your tasks, what you've learnt and how you've achieved results. Be specific and well prepared for the usual interview questions plus a few extras to get you to be creative. Know their product/s inside out. All interviewees enjoyed when I asked pre-researched questions about the product/ strategy.
