They talked less about what they wanted from the candidate and more about how wonderful they are. Truly. They told me about their employment histories elsewhere and what brought them to Brother, but didn't ask me a whole lot of specific questions.

I was asked in a few different ways "how I'd work with extremely difficult personalities", in such a way that I realized there must have been some intense cultural issues with some middle managers that I would have to work with.
