They told me they were asking every interviewee the same set of questions. Their questions were extremely specific to the position and the company. How would you communicate with other companies in the area to market our museum? How would you handle negative publicity, specifically related to Doris Duke? Other questions about my experience and how I could benefit their museum. They wanted to see how familiar I was with their museum and properties.

There weren't a ton of hard-hitting questions. There were mostly questions related to my background, work experience, how it relates to tourism, etc. I will say, if you're interviewing on the comms team, they LOVE agency experience. I think everyone on the team came from the agency side at one point or another.
