Not much in the way of scripted interview questions. Just general conversation about corporate priorities and how my skills fit. Come to think of it, the interviewers probably did more talking about the company than they did assessing my abilities.
What did you do in your previous jobs, why did you leave, what were the biggest challenges, what was the worst thing that could happen if you'd done your job poorly?
