What would you do on first first day?
There is a lot of urgency to support launches but I expect you to focus on strategic communications. How will you balance that.
It wasnt about questions it was a matter of endurance, I interviewed for a full day 9am-4pm meeting with all levels of the department sometimes individually and other times in teams. in total I met with 7 diff people for 30-45min at a time. I focused on keeping energy positive and engaging- I knew they were testing my stamina.

Why do you want to work here? What is one skill you’d like to improve on? I’d avoid an opportunity here, terrible candidacy experience post interview, promised an outcome on a stated date but never heard from them after, despite chasing and following up.
Nothing difficult or scripted- It was all very conversational with the different parties involved. I was a little daunted by the 5 hour+ interview ahead of time, but it was an overall enjoyable process.
