Seriously, this was the only question: "What is your passion?" Can't make this up....if an interviewer is so unprepared or disinterested, just grab a few canned questions from the internet vs. wasting someone's time, especially at this level. I almost expected the interviewer to ask where I wanted to be in 5 years, or describe my strengths and weaknesses.

I almost expected the interviewer to ask where I wanted to be in 5 years, or describe my strengths and weaknesses.

Basically none, the guy has no experience and not even a script to follow. Prior to the interview I email the HR department, and ask them if this person was a hiring manager, since his name did not match the profile I got on Linkedin. I never got an answer.
