They asked me about my experience. One question that was important and I did not see it coming was how I dealt with mistakes that I made, which I had not thought about before they asked me.
HR Questions about me, my hobies and so on.
In retrospect, I am glad this didn't work out due to the red flags. "Community" is a hot industry buzzword but often accompanied by a lack of understanding of what it means. I felt like I was being tasked to prove to them why they needed this position, which was uncomfortable. The interviews really had no questions about me personally. I don't know that leadership understood what they were hiring for.
