It was a great opportunity to share my enthusiasm for innovative healthcare solutions and my drive to be part of a team that's making a real impact. They were genuinely interested in understanding my motivations and ensuring my passions aligned with the company's mission.

There was one question about a resident who wanted us to pay him back for the inconvenience of having to get his mail at the post office. Another resident had run into the mailboxes, so all those residents had to go to the post office, in order to receive mail.
