Theres really no misinterpreting the questions because they are very specific. For example are you comfortable with assisting consumers at the restroom, do you have experience?
Can you work at odd hours.
The homework assignment was time consuming and probably more difficult than the actual interviews, mostly because I wasn't sure what they were looking for. I was asked at one of the interviews if I was a Creed fan. Pretty funny (and refreshing) as I got the impression that no one at the label like Creed's music.
A surprising amount of hypothetical business questions which involved a lot of number crunching on the spot.
Most difficult question for me was giving a detailed account of employment because I recently graduated.
