Interview questionare was was used and basic interview questions were asked then more specific questions were asked later on in the interview.

The interview Questions were regarding experiences and job qualifications. First came the phone interview with Requiter once that was done a 1:1 interview was scheduled with the immediate supervisor. The hiring process was quick and easy. Background check and drug test was done prior to start date.
Describe a situation where you had to deal with an upset resident or prospect and explain the outcome.
I really did not have any unexpected questions as was asked very few in the actual interview.
