One of a number of steps during the final interview - I was asked to take part in a role play on how I would respond to a particular tenant issue. Without saying what the question was. It were questions that you would have had in real time in the event of an emergency.

Their interview was basic, asking generic questions about my background and interest in the position. The manager, Sara Wagers, did most of the talking. The interview lasted a little over an hour and was very congenial.
