In general, the final round in-person interview was structured around themes. One person asked me project management questions, another asked me for scenarios from past situations, another was focused on getting to know me/my personality/working style.
After almost three and one-half hours of questioning, it is somewhat difficult to isolate a single question; however, I believe almost everyone asked me to tell them about myself and why I'd be the best candidate for the position.
There were no difficult questions, however, after the start of my employment I realize why I was needed and the difficulty facing the corporation at the time.
