Questions referring to issues and how I would fix them
Nothing. They asked me to explain my CV and did various case studies. The interviewer was reading from a script. She was utterly disinterested in me and even yawned during the interview (without apologising). Said she only hires 'smart people'. Said there was far too much volume of work. Talked about 'managing out' those that don't perform. Said they are struggling to hire (no wonder!). Huge reg flags.
