Group activities were basic customer service questions. Made to prioritise 3 different customers based on their needs
They asked about previous experience, and all sorts of questions around customer service like - give an example of a time where you went above and beyond for a customer and give an example of a time where you had to show your teamwork skills, etc. I didn’t get an offer even though I worked for them before because I did not give them “enough” examples which was pretty weird as I was well trained by them.
