A VIP guest arrives late for a scheduled meeting due to transportation issues. How would you adjust the conference schedule to accommodate their delay while ensuring minimal disruption to other attendees?
How do you handle conflict in the workplace?
Explain a time you overcame an obstacle? What are your strengths? Why do you feel you would be good for this position? What are some of your favorite past times?
As this is a niche industry, it definitely helps to do some research about the specific industries to which they provide conferences for. Although my position was more logistics, I would imagine the other positions require you to prove your knowledge of this subject as well as any business contacts you can bring to the position.
