They had a lot of the generic questions; Where do you see yourself in 5 years, What's one of your greatest accomplishments at work and why? I really don't care for the generic questions, but it seems more and more companies are going to this type of format.
What experiences do you have that make you qualified for this job?
- History of experiences in the data center world, as well as construction processes world. - Processes/procedures and applications used during your experience. - Agility/willingness to travel.
Mostly asked about past experience and how that would correlate to the position at hand.
What type of managerial style do you work best under?
My experience with procurement and lump sum contracts.
