The questions were very basic such as "What are some of your strengths and weakness?", "How would your past experiences benefit the position you are applying for?", etc.
With your previous experience why would you want to work here?
What would the company benefit by hiring me? It seems easy, but I was at a lose for words, I had no experience and didn't know the other candidates that were interviewing and couldn't compare myself to them.
They asked me if I had to pick my own four faces I would put on my own Mt Rushmore who would they be and why. I had never got this one before but it made sense and was kid of fun as well.
