While there's no set list, businesses are pretty clear about qualities they like to see demonstrated by their employees and applicants. Panel related (PCC,MCC etc), Designing & calculations related to it, protection relays and details related to them, Bus bar & cable calculations? Application specific panel designing, Designing of PLC panel & logic building skills will surely be put to test to a very high limit?

well they are directly given they application to handle and after 1 week you have to explain all the flow of application on the basis of these daily 1 week various kind of wrritten exam are to be done if you clear all then and then you will qualify for the 1-month contract position
