A medium sized medical network or regional health organization is considering the purchase and implementation of an Electronic Medical Record system. What are some of the issues that the organization should consider and develop a plan for to be successful.

Business case/case study question: Given a company that is in the prepared food business which receives raw product from growers into central processing sites then prepares them for sale by retailers and consumer use, how would you assess how to determine the root causes of their profitability issues. There was a business case, but it was a breeze. Seemed like the interviewer saw the case the first time, as well. Later as I was working in the firm, I realized the interviews are additional chore for the Senior Managers and that is a time of the week that is the fun part. They have a packet to prepare, but most just fling it on the site
