Behavior questions. They asked me why do I want to leave nursing and become a call center rep. Well I do what I gotta since my body will not allow the physical demand. Keep in mind that I have over 20 years of customer service experience. The interviewer also had an attitude questioning me about being stationary all day.
No questions were asked because they didn't follow through with calling in for the phone interview.
