Finding Kth last element in Binary Search Tree 5. Finding median in constant time complexity and others are not in mind right now

They asked me about a time that I had to deal with an unpleasant situation with a customer or coworker and how I found resolution.
I guess these interviews and positions are fake. Sounded like a scam. Maybe the firm must comply with a certain number of interviews per month, while they know they are not going to hire you at the end of the process.

What are your plans regarding marriage? What is your family background?
They wanted to know the reasons for leaving previous positions.
