1. Questions with the Recruiting Team involved me walking through my career trajectory to that point. The Recruiting Team member did a nice job of stopping me while doing so to ask about specific things they were interested in knowing more about. 2. Questions from the marketing lead were less focused. I didn't get a sense that the individual knew what to ask me. Or they knew what they wanted to hear about, but I couldn't work that out through our back and forth. Overall, the questions seemed geared to whether or not I had experience working in a "start up environment," and if I would be comfortable doing so (i.e., the typical: dealing with ambiguity, shifting priorities/agility, dealing with intense workloads and timelines, etc).
