I can't recall specific interview questions. It was more of a conversation. We discussed the position and how my skills pertained to it. We discussed what the school was hoping to do in the future and plans on how they would like to highlight the school and administration and how I might be able to help in that endeavor. I recall that the interviewer liked my "energy" and ultimately I think being enthusiastic about the job played an important role in being considered for the position.
