Describe a time where you experienced unfairness at work. Some questions about segmentation and what my content strategy would be for different personas.
Several example questions to demonstrate varied experience in marketing, creative problem solving and analytical skills. Nothing too unusual, just thoughtful questions. The final interview was a community panel, two of the questions were, "What motivates you to do your best work?" and "An example of a time you prioritized helping someone else with their work even though it wouldn't necessarily impact you?"
