I don't quite remember the interview questions as this was so long ago, however I can confirm they were the basic "what is your experience with SEO" and "can you manage content across all channels" content position question.

1. Why did you leave your last job or (if still employed) why are you looking to leave your current position? 2. What are your salary expectations, or what salary range would you find acceptable? 3. For each of your 3 most recent jobs, what were the most and least enjoyable aspects of the job? 4. Describe how you set prioritize projects and tasks. 5. Describe your philosophy on providing excellent service to internal and external customers and provide a recent example of how you have put your philosophy into action. 6. What motivates you? Give a recent example of when you have gone the extra mile. What was the specific situation and how did your actions directly influence the outcome? 7. Give an example when someone with whom you worked failed to meet your or your company’s standards for cooperation, inclusion, respect and fairness when working with others. How did you handle this? 9. Tell me how you foster open, two-way communication with other employees. Give me a recent example of a time when you either gave or received honest, constructive feedback. 10. Describe a time when you have initiated and/or championed new ideas or approaches that resulted in your business unit being more successful. 11.
