In the first round, I was given an assignment, of which I got a positive feedback. The second round was interview, where I was asked about my methodology and previous experience as a writer. The third round was absolute crap where the interviewer had the audacity to make me wait for an hour, be sad about making me wait, and then take an interview that lasted hardly 5 minutes, only to put a random illogical question and send me on my way.
