Do you feel you can handle the job?
Went through 4-5 rounds of interviews for two different roles. All questions were typical, nothing too hard. The most challenging question wasn't a question at all. They offered me one of the roles, then ghosted me completely. Never heard one word from anyone again,.. after being offered the job. So bizarre. So, I suppose the hardest question was "do you want the job that we are offering you but aren't actually offering you?" Can honestly say I have never heard of this happening before.
