With this question, your interviewer wants to know how you'll handle a sensitive matter such as this one. Think about ethics. The company interviewing you will want you to demonstrate strong ethics in handling sensitive information.

I got a sense that being honest and upfront about your strengths and weaknesses was appreciated, so that was really nice. If I had to give advice to future applicants, it would be to really tune in to what HR liaison is telling you about the culture fit and concentrate your answers as to why you'd be a good fit, this company really cares about synergy amongst it's staff.
