During the second round, they wanted me to describe my experiences and asked specific questions about each experiences. A few of the questions are rare encounters situatuon. The on site interview had much more technical questions: more situational, coding challange, basics but crutial knowledge. They are very brilliant people and very fun to have a discussion with. Some are kind enough to give hints when you are stuck.
