Why should we hire you?
-Writing test was pretty standard. Writing tests are a bit of a debated topic, but nothing out of the ordinary. -They never really expressed if I was doing a formal interview despite asking if I should prepare for one. So, it was very weird. But, the questions did end up being about previous experience and stuff on my resume which was also pretty standard stuff.
