I was given a dummy brief and asked to work on it prior to the interview. During the interview, I was asked to explain my thought process. It was quite an interesting approach in that it allowed me to highlight my skills while working within their requirements. I was also asked questions to test my analytical and problem-solving skills. They would set the scene for a specific problem and ask me to propose viable solutions.
