I was mainly asked about the requirements of the job in many aspects. They wanted to know about my previous experience in the same field.
What's your background with social media?
Questions focused on real world situation and how I have handled them in the past and how I would in the future. A lot of questions to understand my experience with rapid growth and the lessons learned along the way.
All questions were highly relevant to position responsibilities and company goals. Company has great self-awareness and knows what it needs from potential recruits.
Q: What would your 90-day plan look like if hired?
There were many good questions. Chemistry was important.
