Describe an example where you had to react to changes to management strategy ? Describe a situation where you had ambiguous or competing requests, how did you handle it? Are you married, do you have kids? (hint, be prepared for late nights and no worklife balance)
How do you handle a difficult hiring manager?
Very basic and generic obtuse questions. The HR admin person managing the call I found arrogant and ignorant. My sense is that if the company has this type of interface to potential employees I think I would not like to work here.
