About my experience in tax generally.
The interview was one hour. All the standard questions you'd expect, why crowe, why tax, etc. Then at least 30 mins of competency-based questions; Give an example when you worked in a high-performing team, solved a complex problem, dealt with a difficult team member. Although I didn't get the job I would definately recommend applying as the careers staff were welcoming, the process was fair and they also gave me valuable feedback.
